So good! The food is great and listen to what you want. The building nah run down and I'm sure it's due to the owners of the property they are at. Never gone to the bathroom there so I can't give a review. But clean, items given with food and the employees are AMAZING!
The super burrito and quesadillas are pretty good, but the horchata has a bit of a weird aftertaste and the chips are sometimes unevenly salted. The salsa bar is hit or miss as they are left out for a while. Service is good and friendly, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

My go to for a super burrito since the 1990s. Quick, no frills, always solid and satisfying. Grew up on their carne asada, but now I'm an Al Pastor junkie. Their lengua is also hit in my house.
Tasty food, super nice workers, overall taqueria los gallos is an amazing place to eat with your family or sometimes to grab and go in the drive thru. I enjoy eating at taqueria los gallos must try it :)
Everything Ive eaten here is delicious! The Al pastor is super flavorful. Salsa bar includes several delicious salsas as well as escabeche. This place has been around since 1990! Come out and support a local business!
I go here all the time. Super nachos with carnitas re the best! tacos al pastor, also. I highly recommend the bright green salsa. Super solid place and very nice staff. If you are having a party, I highly recommend buying their chips... they can't be beat.
Nice location in north Newark. Don't get mixed up and land at the "Los Gallos Taqueria" further down the street like me. Good thing that they're nearby so just switched directions. This location is the OG spot. Nice staff and plenty of seating in the restaurant. There were too many options on the menu so I settled with the carne asada nachos. No issues with the nachos. I'll be coming back to try other items on the menu.

This taqueria has a nice menu, an open salsa bar, and the serving sizes are commendable.
The amount of toppings on the regular nachos (sans meat) blew me away!
The super burrito had a good meat to rice ratio, and the salsas complemented the whole meal very well.

Been going here for the past few years and this place has it all. Great food, excellent customer service and good vibes. Always have gotten the chicken or carne asada burritos or a taco salad and both are awesome.
